The Milton Parks & Recreation Department presents a night of New England Championship Wrestling on Saturday, October 13 starting at 7:00 p.m. All proceeds benefit the Milton Parks & Recreation Dept.

Wakefield Wellness Day: a day of mindfulness, reflection, inspiration & fun! Sunday, October 14, 9:00 am - 12:30 pm. Activities include garden yoga, guided mindfulness meditation, labyrinth exploration, "forest bathing" (no swimsuit required!), nature art, a talk on the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage and yoga. It's autumn and that means Owl Fest at the Trailside Museum and a Fall Foliage Hike to the top of the Blue Hills! Celebrate all things owl in myths, legends, and art on Saturday and Sunday. There'll be kid's crafts, food trucks, and fun for all ages. Details here! On Saturday, October 13, from 4:30-7:30 p.m., the Friends of the Blue Hills and Blue Hill Ski will be sponsoring a free hike to the top of Great Blue.
